It all started when our Pop Leo O'Connor started his butcher delivery business in East Gippsland in the 1930s as a teenager.
Over the years he built a chain of butcher shops and became known as a respected stockman.
Not a lot of photos from his early days but here's one of him droving some Hereford steers, taken in the late 1950's.
